Create a Cartouche

 

The Egyptians believed it was very important that a persons name was written down. Many tombs had a cartouche with the deceased's name written in Heiroglyphs.

 

Can you make your own Cartouche?

You could just draw one, or...

 

You could try using:

  • Air dry clay
  • paper mache
  • salt dough
  • plasticene
  • play dough
  • thick card
